Having a mindful journaling practice can help you become more aware of your life. With more awareness, you’re better able to solve challenges.
For example, if you know you want to stop yelling at your kids, the first step is to become aware of why you’re yelling. From knowing the root cause, you can create a path to the solution. This is why awareness is so powerful. True awareness is the first step to solving anything.
One of the best, easiest, and fastest ways to become more aware is to journal purposefully. I say “purposefully” here because journaling about your problems over and over can actually make things worse. You want to journal in a way that increases your awareness so it’s helpful to your life.
The journal prompts below are designed to help you do just that—bring awareness to your life in a way that’s helpful to your personal growth.
